Cardiff Branch Office Now Open

Q Care's 6th branch office has been opened in the country's capital, Cardiff. Located at Ffordd Pengam, just off Rover Way, the branch will manage and coordinate the home care and support that the company provides throughout Cardiff, Torfaen and Newport.

Devon Branch Up and Running

Only six months after officially opening, Q Care's Devon Branch received its first ever inspection from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The unannounced visit took place on 30th April 2010 and was part of a routine inspection for new branches.

Opening a new branch office takes a great deal of hard work, time and effort from everyone involoved, so as you can imagine we were more than pleased when the inspectors final report commented on our strong management, good internal processes, ability to listen to service users and how highly service users rated the careand support staff provided.

Although at the beginning opening a new branch can mean a lot of hard work, it is feedback like this that makes all our time and commitment spent trying to get everything right, worthwhile.

Hereford Branch Awarded 2 Star Rating

Over the past couple of years, Q Care's Hereford Branch has experienced quite a few changes. With moving offices and more recently, appointing a new registered manager, the branch and its staff has had a lot of adjusting to do.

However, with the positive and progressive attitude of the company and the hard work and dedication of its employees, the branch has managed to not only maintain, but improve the high standard of services it is known for.

This was highlighted when the office was awarded a 2 star rating on Monday 29th October 2009, by the Care Quality Commission. Something that as a company, we are extremely proud of!
