Continuing Healthcare

Continuing Healthcare

What is NHS continuing healthcare?

Continuing NHS healthcare is a fantastic way for people who have ongoing healthcare needs to receive all the care and support they need outside of hospital. You can receive continuing healthcare in any setting, including your own home. Unlike help from social services, continuing healthcare is funded by the NHS and is free of charge.

How we can help.
