The whole process begins with searching for a role that really interests you. All our roles are posted by location so you can look locally to you or further afield if you’re feeling more adventurous!

Applying at Q Care.

We like everyone to apply online via our web based application form if they can. This means that you can take your time over your application to get it just right.

Once we receive your application, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed by one of our recruiters to determine if you are a fit to the role you’re applying for. If you are a possible match for the role, a recruiter will contact you to learn more about your background, explain a little more about the role and answer your questions about our hiring process and working at Q Care.

Please be patient with us – we receive a high number of applications from all over the UK so it can take a little while to go through and shortlist them all. If you have not heard from us in regard to your application within 4 weeks then unfortunately you have been unsuccessful on that occasion, but don’t let that put you off applying again or for other roles.

Onsite Interview.

Our interview process evaluates your skills in regard to the role you are applying for and we like to find out a little bit more about you. Interviewers will ask you questions about you area of interest, your knowledge on certain topics and ask you to solve some scenarios. Remember, it’s not about getting a question right or wrong, but the process you would use.

What happens next?

Following your interview, we will decide if you are suitable for the role you have applied for. We take hiring people to join us in making a difference to people’s lives every day very seriously. Because of that it can take up to a week for us to make a decision.
